I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Budapest with my partner and we were amazed for the service we received. The staff from all departments was very kind and attentive to all our needs.

I need to say that Crowne Plaza Budapest and the team exceeded all my expectations. The hotel itself if brand new, modern in great location. The room is spacious and well furnished. The team is very friendly. Thomas at the reception who made check-in and spoke to us in Spanish. Special thank you would like to extend to Nikolett for taking a note on birthday celebration of my partner and arranging beautiful birthday amenities in the room on arrival day.
